These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ValueHQ website and platform (“Service”).

By accessing or using ValueHQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Use of the Service

You agree to:

Accounts and Access

Customer Data

  • You retain full ownership of all data you submit to ValueHQ

ValueHQ is designed to minimize data collection.

Payments and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed according to the pricing agreed at purchase
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe
  • ValueHQ does not store credit card or banking information on its servers
  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

Availability and Service Changes

  • ValueHQ is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation

Intellectual Property

  • ValueHQ and its underlying software, branding, and content are the property of ValueHQ
  • These Terms do not grant you ownership of any ValueHQ intellectual property
  • You may not copy or redistribute the Service without permission

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public information shared in connection with the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • ValueHQ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months

Termination

  • You may stop using the Service at any time
  • ValueHQ may terminate or suspend access for violation of these Terms
  • Upon termination, data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable European jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
